Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an experienced Application Developer Senior to design, develop, test and deploy automation solutions within the Intelligent Automation Hub. You will work on production-ready automations, integrations, and governance across cross-functional teams in a healthcare context.

You will leverage UiPath, REFramework, APIs, and databases while collaborating with stakeholders to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UiPath
• Experience designing, developing, testing and deploying production automations
• Experience with credential management, queues, logging, scheduling/orchestration
• Experience with Azure DevOps/Jira, Git, etc
• Ability to document automation solutions and create standard runbooks
• Strong debugging, analytical and communication skills
• Mentoring experience and code/review capability
• Experience with SQL, databases and APIs

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, documents, deploys, monitors, and maintains automation solutions using UiPath and other approved automation tools
• Reviews business requirements and technical needs to create scalable automation designs
• Builds production-ready automations using REFramework where applicable, credential management and orchestration
• Develops integrations using APIs, databases, files, and UI automation
• Provides code review, debugging, testing instructions, and deployment support
• Monitors performance, investigates failures, performs root-cause analysis and improvements
• Collaborates with team to ensure code quality and governance
• Mentors developers and contributes to coding standards
