Qualifications

5+ years in manufacturing automation design, programming, and implementation.
Experience with PLCs, HMIs/SCADA, and robotics in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and optimize automated manufacturing systems.
Program, troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and robots (Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
Design/integrate vision and motion control systems and other automation technologies.
Collaborate across functions to define automation requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
Perform feasibility, cost-benefit, and risk assessments for new initiatives.
Develop and maintain system documentation including schematics and procedures.
Provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
