Qualifications
- 5-7 years minimum designing, implementing, and supporting industrial automation systems.
- Experience with automation equipment design, controls engineering, robotics integration, and equipment commissioning.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments and leading automation projects.
Responsibilities
- Design automation equipment and systems including controls, robotics, electrical systems, software and machine integration.
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-based control systems (Allen-Bradley/Siemens).
- Configure HMIs and support production monitoring and interfaces.
- Coordinate with project teams to execute automation projects from concept through deployment.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements to reduce downtime.
