Job summary

E Tech Group in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to lead design, configuration, and testing of continuous and batch control applications, and to mentor project teams for successful delivery.

You will apply Rockwell PLC programming, WinCC Unified Scada, and related tools on life sciences automation projects, travel locally as needed, and contribute to consistent, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience executing automation projects for process plants, 5+ years in industry, preferably Life Sciences.
• BS Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for instrumentation and controls.
• Experience supporting installation, commissioning, and startup at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in design, configuration, and testing of continuous and batch control applications.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and change orders with leadership and clients.
• Provide strong technical advisement to project teams and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Adapt to flexible work schedules and local travel for on-site start-up and commissioning.
• Serve as automation Subject Matter Expert and uphold company Core Values.
