Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation or related role.
- Experience with Rockwell PLC and HMI software and hardware.
- Ability to understand P&ID drawings, network diagrams, panel layout drawings and electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of ISO/OSHA/cGMP requirements and current industry practices.
Responsibilities
- Support configuration and maintenance tasks for automation equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotic systems.
- Support troubleshooting, configuration changes and systems updates.
- Ensure configuration control and documentation are maintained per site requirements.
- Support automation projects and operational activities as required.
- Design and development of automated systems for packaging processes.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical discussions, and design reviews.
- Participate in validation testing activities to verify performance and compliance.
