U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced automation test engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for ATM applications, middleware, and hardware integrations.

You will build comprehensive test suites across functional, integration, and API testing, and ensure CI/CD pipelines support continuous testing and delivery. The role requires expertise in ATM transaction processing, device integration testing, and scripting languages, with knowledge of cloud, containers, and modern

Qualifications

• - Requires strong ATM software testing experience and integrated test strategy.
• - Experience with end-to-end automation across ATM platforms and services.
• - Proficiency in automation scripting languages and API testing.
• - Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for ATM applications and hardware integrations.
• Build and execute functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end automated test suites.
• Develop automation solutions for ATM transactions (cash withdrawals, deposits, balance inquiries, card services).
• Validate ATM hardware components in a lab environment.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps practices.
• Analyze test results and perform root cause analysis with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, QA analysts, and infra teams to embed quality.
• Drive continuous improvement of automation coverage, testing efficiency, and quality engineering best practices.
