This is an onsite role in O'Fallon, Missouri that will support Mastercard’s OCC (Operations Command Center) by developing and delivering high-value automations that reduce manual workload, improve incident resolution, and enhance operational efficiency.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the design and development of automation solutions using IPcenter and IPautomata modules.

  • Partner with Mastercard OCC leads to identify and deliver value-driven automations.

  • Build solutions that:

    • Enhance event correlation.

    • Reduce escalations to higher-tier support.

    • Improve first-call resolution rates.

    • Cut down customer-facing incidents by 50%.

    • Achieve 90% incident resolution at the OCC level.

    • Enable automated problem remediation.

  • Apply CSI’s best practices and leverage automation libraries to fast-track development.

  • Mentor and guide Mastercard teams on automation design and delivery.

We would love to hear from you if:
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • You have 5+ years of experience with relevant technologies.

  • You have experience leading automation in large-scale IT infrastructure environments.

  • You have deep knowledge of IPcenter, IPautomata, and automation frameworks.

  • You have strong skills in Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and system scripting.

  • You have solid understanding of networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.

  • You have experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and RESTful API development.

  • You have familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef).

  • You have exposure to cognitive automation is a plus.

  • You have excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

  • You have a flexible mindset with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.

This United States-based role requires an onsite workplace arrangement at Mastercard's Operations Command Center in O'Fallon, Missouri.Regardless of workplace arrangement, employees within a 60-mile radius of a SoundHound AI office are expected to work from the office on three pre-scheduled, company-wide “core days” per month to encourage cross-team connection and in-person collaboration.

The estimated salary for this position is $115,000 - $135,000plus equity. In addition to salary and equity, you will receive comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits. Our recruiting team will provide a specific salary range based on location and years of experience.
