Are you passionate about automation, process control, and motion systems? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in designing, programming, and commissioning cutting-edge industrial automation solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll work from concept to implementation and see your designs come to life on the shop floor.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, programming, commissioning, and testing of automation and process control systems.
• Develop programs requiring PLC, HMI, SCADA, and Motion Control (Servo, AC/Stepper motors, robotics, vision).
• Deliver electrical designs from concept to buildable solutions (hardware design, instrumentation, control devices, network design).
• Manage projects including budgeting, scheduling, and technical delivery.
• Commission and debug PLC, SCADA/HMI, and network systems for process equipment.
• Work with modern industrial IT tools such as VMware, ThinManager, SQL Reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and company guidelines.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in automation and process control.
• BS in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
• Proven experience in startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting industrial automation systems.
• Knowledge of networks, VFDs, and industrial infrastructure.
• Project management experience leading automation projects from start to finish.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk Suite.
• VMware & ThinManager expertise.
• SQL Reporting tools.
