Job summary

Ansira's AI Center of Excellence in Colombia seeks an automation engineer to design and implement end-to-end workflows across enterprise systems, leveraging AI agents like Claude and Glean plus RPA with UiPath, n8n, and Zapier.

You will collaborate with automation architects and developers to scope, validate, and ship solutions, while maintaining production workflows and engaging stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years designing and implementing automation workflows that integrate multiple enterprise systems
• Programming experience in any coding language
• Demonstrated experience with AI-driven or agent-based automation
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms
• Working proficiency in English for team collaboration

Responsibilities

Job description

Reports into Ansira’s AI Center of Excellence, based in Colombia. Partners with automation architects and other developers on the automation engineering team to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain high-value automation workflows sourced from across the business.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement automation workflows spanning multiple enterprise systems

• Build, test, and deploy solutions combining AI agents (Claude, Claude Code, Glean) with automation/RPA and low-code/no-code platforms (UiPath, n8n, Zapier)

• Maintain and troubleshoot production workflows

• Take automation opportunities — sourced from business stakeholders, systems, and an AI-powered discovery process — from spec to shipped

• Partner with automation architects and fellow developers to scope and validate solutions

• Collaborate directly with stakeholders and end users to clarify requirements

• Contribute to the shared CoE automation backlog

Qualifications

Required

• 3-5 years designing and implementing automation workflows that integrate multiple enterprise systems

• Programming experience in any coding language
