Job summary

Coforge is seeking a senior QA Automation professional for an on-site role in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will design and maintain scalable test automation across UI, API, and mobile, and mentor QA engineers.

With 10–12 years of automation testing experience, you will lead efforts in Selenium/Playwright/Cypress, RestAssured, and modern CI/CD workflows while ensuring high quality and fast feedback cycles.

Qualifications

• Total 10–12 years of testing in automation and functional testing.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Excellent interpretation, speed, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and mobile.
• Expertise in automation tools across UI and API domains.
• UI: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress.
• API: RestAssured, Postman.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA.
• Database testing with Snowflake/Oracle.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers and SDETs.
