Job summary

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Application Engineers, Automation Engineers, and field teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial automation, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and the ability to mentor others while supporting design

Qualifications

Requires 5+ years in industrial automation and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Ability to mentor colleagues and work independently within a team.
Knowledge of control systems hardware, NEC/UL508A applicable practices.

Responsibilities

Provide design engineering for projects, including parts specification, schematics, panel layouts, and installation packages.
Follow Pieper Automation Way to ensure quality design and documentation.
Support project estimating, cost controls, and timely project delivery.
Troubleshoot technical problems and provide design engineering support across projects.
Mentor team members and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
