Qualifications
- 6+ years hands-on experience in automation engineering in manufacturing.
- Expertise with Siemens TIA Portal for PLC programming.
- Rockwell/AB Studio 5000 programming and troubleshooting.
- HMI/SCADA systems experience including Ignition Perspective and WinCC.
- MES data transactions and integration with automation systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, program, commission and troubleshoot control systems for manufacturing equipment.
- Create PLC programs from scratch and modify logic for new functionality.
- Program Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal) and Rockwell PLCs (Studio 5000).
- Support installation, startup, commissioning, FAT/SAT activities.
- Read electrical schematics and develop system documentation.
