Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience programming PLCs and developing control systems for manufacturing applications.

• Experience with HMI development and implementation.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, etc.).
• Experience integrating manufacturing equipment into cohesive automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PLC-based control systems for automated manufacturing equipment, robotic cells, and production lines.
• Write, test, and debug PLC programs for platforms like Allen-Bradley and Siemens.
• Develop intuitive HMI interfaces for real-time process visibility and operator efficiency.
• Create documentation including electrical schematics, control narratives, and operator instructions.
• Integrate equipment with MES, SCADA, and data collection platforms.
