Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience programming industrial control systems (PLCs).
• Knowledge of drive systems and PID control loops.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems and hydraulics.
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols, sensors, and actuators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and commission automation solutions for test systems, at facilities and customer sites worldwide.
• Clarify technical requirements with customers and internal engineering teams.
• Design closed-loop control strategies, test sequences, and interfaces.
• Program test bench control systems using PLCs and RDDS test automation software.
• Commission and validate the test bench automation with the commissioning team.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve control system issues using diagnostics and data analysis.
• Coordinate with Application Engineering in Germany for international collaboration.
