Job summary

You will collaborate with mechanical, fabrication, project management, and field service teams to bring complex equipment to life. The role emphasizes design of electrical systems, programming Allen-Bradley PLCs/HMIs, BOM development, FAT procedures, and field troubleshooting, with roughly 10% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years designing electrical control systems for industrial machinery or custom automation.
• Strong experience with Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI programming.
• Experience reading P&IDs and knowledge of NEC/UL 508.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical schematics and control panels using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Program Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMIs.
• Develop Bills of Materials and FAT procedures.
• Support design during quotation and during startup and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot field electrical control systems and assist customer acceptance.
