Alcon in Johns Creek, GA is seeking an Associate III in Automation and Control Engineering to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and controls. You will work on PLC/SCADA systems to support 24/7 operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong proficiency in Beckhoff/Siemens PLCs, SCADA, and Lean Six Sigma practices. Onsite work with comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
Fluent English reading/writing/communication.
Onsite work location in Johns Creek, GA.

Responsabilidades

Lead manufacturing process improvements with project plans and cross-functional teams.
Design, install, and commission PLC/SCADA controls for machines.
Troubleshoot complex PLC/SCADA issues and provide expert support.
Produce SOPs, validation protocols, and data reports.
Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Engineers, and Quality teams on capital projects.
