Job summary

Safe Tire & Auto in Warren, MI is seeking an experienced, motivated, certified mechanic for a high-volume, full-service repair shop. You will perform thorough vehicle inspections and diagnose issues, communicating clearly with leadership and guests. Michigan certifications and own tools are required.

We offer medical, dental and vision coverage after 90 days, paid holidays, and vacation time; top technicians can earn well over $150,000 with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair vehicles.
• Michigan state automotive certifications are required.
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough courtesy checks on vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with store leader and guests about findings.
• We offer medical, dental and vision insurances after 90 days of continuous employment.
• Vacation: 5 days after 180 days, 2 weeks at 1 year anniversary.
• Paid holidays after 90 days of continuous employment.
• We are closed on major holidays.
