Job summary

Tire Pros in Michigan is seeking a Service Technician to perform automotive service repairs and diagnostics. You will use computer systems and diagnostic equipment to identify and fix issues while keeping a clean, safe workspace. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and ongoing growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
• Able to operate automotive tools including impact gun, sockets, wrenches and oil filter tools.
• Must stand/walk, bend, reach and lift up to 60 lbs for portions of the day.
• Must also lift/carry over 60 lbs and push/pull over 60 lbs for part of the shift.
• Ability to use computer and diagnostic equipment to diagnose and repair vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical automotive service repairs and related tasks.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles using diagnostic equipment and software.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and orderly tools.
• Provide high levels of customer service and ensure satisfaction.
