Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive seeks energetic technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles across a wide range of domestic and foreign models. You will join a team that values safety, quality, and customer service while delivering efficient, thorough inspections and repairs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Master L1 or A-level Technician preferred.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Technicians diagnose and fix vehicles for customers.
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Collaborate with the service department and communicate customer concerns.
• Work with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.
