Cox Automotive USA is seeking a Sr Auto Maintenance Technician to perform level 1–3 automotive repairs, diagnostics, and routine maintenance at a Cox location in the United States. This role expects strong communication skills and teamwork with fellow technicians.

Qualifications

• Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
• 5+ years of automotive service and repair experience.
• Ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
• 8 Michigan State Certifications and/or ASE equivalents.
• Advanced diagnostic experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE Certifications: A1-8; L1 where required

Responsabilités

• Perform level 1–3 auto tech responsibilities.
• Repair brakes, drivability, steering, suspension, electrical, AC and engine.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and complete repairs.
• Collaborate with peers to assess vehicle needs.
• Provide training and guidance to associates as needed.
• Quality control checks and notify supervisor of issues.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental requirements are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and workflows.
• Report difficult issues, patterns and trends to management.
