Mossy Auto Group is seeking experienced Service Technicians for our high-volume shop in California. The role inspects, services, and prepares new and used vehicles to factory standards, with emphasis on customer satisfaction by completing work correctly and on time.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, a structured pay scale from $34 to $45 per hour plus a productivity bonus to $56 per hour, and opportunities for growth within a family-owned operation.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Clean driving record with CA license.
• Technical or trade school degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining up to date knowledge of current models and used vehicles.
• Perform repair work efficiently per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about estimates and needs.
