The C. Harper Auto Group in Belle Vernon, PA seeks a skilled Service Technician with 5+ years of automotive repair experience to join our fast-paced, growing team.

You will diagnose and repair a wide range of systems, use advanced diagnostic tools, mentor junior technicians, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while benefiting from a sign-on bonus after six months and a competitive, experience-based pay package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service technician experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Brand certifications preferred.
• Advanced diagnostics, electrical and engine repair expertise.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Perform repairs per repair orders with efficiency and accuracy according to dealership standards.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs.
• Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, steering, brakes, A/C, and more.
• Communicate with Service Advisor and provide time estimates for repairs.
• Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer specs.
• Mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Stay updated on automotive tech and repair techniques.
• Document all repairs promptly.
