Qualifications

• Complete required orientation training and meet CarMax competency standards.
• Achieve performance standards for Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II and Flow Inventory Associate II.
• Must be able to read and interpret data accurately and follow respiratory protection policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert body repairs, including masking, sanding, and grinding.
• Apply primer and refinish paint surfaces to CarMax standards.
• Remove and replace parts for cosmetic and structural integrity.
• Repair plastic and substrate damage with precision and care.
• Conduct post-paint refinishing, defect correction, and maintain equipment.
