Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule, and engage store team members.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities including coaching, floor management and safety.
• Provide DIY service including basic automotive tasks when needed.
