Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings/nights/weekends/overtime as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and solutions.
• Provide trustworthy automotive advice and maintain positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a productive store environment.
• Support inventory management, restock merchandise, and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work area.
• Provide installation assistance for wiper blades, batteries, and bulbs.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
