The role requires bilingual communication in Spanish and English, basic automotive parts knowledge, ability to lift merchandise, and a flexible full-time schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication in both Spanish and English.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge is required.
• Ability to lift/load/deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide automotive recommendations.
• Collaborate with store team and managers to maintain a productive environment.
• Promote products, services, and promotions to support sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise and manage inventory per store procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Provide product knowledge and assist with installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and bulbs.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions where applicable.
