Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales in a retail environment.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred.
• Automotive knowledge helpful for advising customers.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management.
• Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations; provide diagnostics support as needed.
