Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is expected.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule available, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and meet store goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow cash handling procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and adhere to safety policies, PPE usage included.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions; assist customers with installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and suggest solutions.
