Qualifications

• Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to motivate store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products and promotions to boost sales and metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise and follow cash handling procedures.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay updated on parts and assist with wiper blades, batteries, etc.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
