Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• ASE Certification preferred or required for advanced installation tasks.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and follow safety policies, using PPE as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions, and assist customers with installations like wiper blades, batteries, and bulbs.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and provide solutions.
