Job summary

AutoZone’s Senior Retail Sales Associate role focuses on delivering WOW! customer service by helping customers find the right parts, providing expert advice, and driving store performance.

You will assist with product selection, stock shelves, perform installs like wiper blades, batteries, and bulbs, and work a flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Bilingual English/Spanish and ASE certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is preferred.
• Ase Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice.
• Maintain well-stocked, organized inventory and support store operations.
• Process transactions and follow cash handling procedures.
• Provide wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations as needed.
• Use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions.
