You will keep the store well-stocked, provide expert advice, and contribute to a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. Join AutoZone to collaborate with managers and teammates, drive sales, and assist customers with product selection and basic installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Physical ability to lift and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Exceptional communication in Spanish and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to motivate and support the store team.
• Sales & Metrics – Recommend products and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales goals.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Process Orientation & Safety – Follow safety policies and PPE requirements to keep the store safe.
• Product Knowledge & Installations – Stay up-to-date on parts, tools, and services; assist with basic installations.
• Diagnostics Support – Use tools to read codes and guide solutions.
