Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Exceptional communication in English and Spanish.
• ASE Certification is a plus or required certification as stated.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and store performance.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
