Job summary

Replacement Parts, Inc. in Tulsa, OK, is seeking an Auto Parts Counter Sales III for a full-time role. The position supports over-the-counter sales, handles in-person and phone orders, and promotes sales programs within the Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts family. You may mentor junior staff and assist in daily store operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent experience or motivation to pursue a GED.
• Previous professional automotive parts counter sales experience and ability to reconcile/balance accounting figures.
• Prior leadership experience, or independent decision making abilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (Class E required for all Missouri locations) and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, respectful, and kind conduct toward customers and coworkers.
• Train other employees on parts knowledge and store processes.
• Assist manager with End-of-Day and End-of-Month processing as needed.
• Prioritize delivery items and coordinate with drivers to meet customer expectations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions and help train junior staff in proper procedures.
