Job summary
Auto Glass Now is seeking a Sr. Auto Glass Technician to join our fast-growing team across store locations, airport facilities, or mobile units. You will install windshields, calibrate ADAS, repair chips, and ensure a great customer experience.

Qualifications
- 2+ years automotive glass installation experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check
- Proficiency with automotive glass types and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
- Strong customer experience skills
- Excellent critical thinking and diligence
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to perform the physical demands of the job
Responsibilities
- Install windshields and auto glass in shop or mobile unit
- Calibrate vehicle electronics/ADAS systems
- Repair chips and other glass damage
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments from mobile customers
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Provide world class customer service to customers and vendors
