Job summary

Auto Glass Now is seeking a Sr. Auto Glass Technician to join our growing team. The role supports shop, airport rental facilities, or mobile units, delivering high-quality glass installation and calibration services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

2+ years automotive glass installation experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass MVR check.
Proficiency with several types of automotive glass and related tools.
Knowledge of auto mechanic tools, equipment and techniques for glass repair/replacement.
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
Strong customer experience skills and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

Install windshields and auto glass in shop, airport rental facilities, or mobile units.
Calibrate vehicle electronics such as ADAS systems and safety features.
Repair chips and other glass damage.
Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with a job well done.
Process payments from mobile customers.
