Auto Glass Now is seeking a Sr. Auto Glass Technician to join our growing team in Pearl, MS. You will install windshields, calibrate ADAS systems, and drive exceptional customer service as part of a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive glass installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Proficiency with automotive glass types and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Must be 18+ years of age and able to perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Install windshields and auto glass in shop or from a mobile operation unit.
• Calibrate vehicle electronics such as ADAS systems, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Alert, etc.
• Repair chips and other glass damage.
• Interact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with a job well done.
• Process payments from mobile customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Provide World Class customer service to our valued customers and vendors.
