Qualifications

4+ years of automotive glass installation experience.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
Proficiency with automotive glass types and installation techniques.
Ability to read technical specifications and use related tools.
Strong customer service and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Install windshields and auto glass in shop or mobile unit.
Calibrate ADAS and other vehicle electronics.
Repair chips and minor glass damage.
Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with workmanship.
Process payments from mobile customers and maintain professional appearance.
