Job summary

Auto Glass Now is hiring a Senior Auto Glass Installation Technician to operate at shop locations or as a mobile technician in Minnesota. You will install windshields, calibrate ADAS systems, and address glass damage while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 2+ years of glass installation experience, a valid driver’s license, physical ability, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes health benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive glass installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Proficiency with automotive glass handling tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Install windshields and auto glass at shop or mobile unit.
• Calibrate vehicle electronics (ADAS) and other systems.
• Repair chips and other glass damage.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with the job.
• Process payments from mobile customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
