Job summary

Carvana is seeking Autobody Preppers with 5+ years of professional automotive bodywork experience. The role involves training other autobody technicians and performing extensive work on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding and stud welding.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
• Ability to train other autobody technicians.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train other autobody technicians and perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels.
• Perform heavy plastic welding/stapling and heavy metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding.
• Repair roofs and rocker panels and handle large area bodywork including Bondo repair.
