Qualifications

• At least two years of experience repairing wrecked vehicles.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge; pull, straighten and square as needed.
• No shortcuts; blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• Solid welding skills and attention to detail in reassembly.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team player who collaborates with painters, estimators and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
