Job summary

Carvana is seeking Autobody Preppers with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience to join our team. You will perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding and Bondo repairs, in our state-of-the-art inspection centers.

Roles range from Entry-Level Prepper to Experienced Prepper, offering growth through training programs and access to excellent perks such as healthcare, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to perform bodywork on multiple panels
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding and large area bodywork (Bondo repair)
• Work on roof and rocker panel repairs and related tasks
• Operate tools in a high-tech inspection center
• Potentially train other autobody technicians for Experienced Prepper role
