Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of Personal Auto Bodily Injury claims experience.
• Experience with Non-Standard Auto carriers is a plus.
• Active Adjuster Licenses strongly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate Auto Bodily Injury claims to determine liability and damages.
• Review accident details, coverage, and injury documentation including medical records and police reports.
• Negotiate fair settlements, manage litigation exposure, and work with defense counsel when needed.
• Provide coverage recommendations and support improvements to internal claims handling standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation in the claims management system and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor less experienced adjusters by sharing technical guidance on complex claims.
