Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive analytics experience in healthcare, managed care, or related industries.
• Experience designing, developing, and operationalizing analytic solutions across multiple domains.
• Translate multi-domain analytics into actionable insights for leadership and enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains reusable analytic data models and ETL pipelines.
• Leads development of dashboards, reports, and analytic tools across domains.
• Partners with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to embed insights into workflows.
• Implements version control and CI/CD practices for analytic codebases.
• Ensures data lineage, governance, and reproducibility across analytic products.
