Job summary

Mayvin is seeking a Senior Auditor to support FBI’s SWIFT mission in executing the annual audit plan and ad hoc projects. Responsibilities include financial statement liaison, control reviews, internal audits, risk assessments, and SharePoint development.

Must be a U.S. citizen with a Top Secret clearance. This full-time role is based in Washington, DC, with day shift responsibilities and no travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience in government accounting and auditing.
8+ years of accounting-related work in government auditing and financial statement audits.
8+ years in leading highly complex auditing projects.
8+ years interpreting and applying legal/administrative codes to audit matters.
7+ years leading and providing technical direction to auditing challenges.
8+ years working knowledge of government auditing standards and related principles/techniques.
Current financial certification such as CMA, CPA, CIA, CGFM, CISA, etc.

Responsibilities

Provide support in establishing, maintaining, or adapting internal controls as required by OMB A-123 and other control sources.
Complete internal audit life-cycle activities (planning, testing, reporting) for financial and performance audits.
Conduct risk assessment activities to compile annual audit plans.
Complete IPERA reporting.
Conduct information system general control reviews.
Produce data reporting and dashboard visualization.
Produce status reporting and follow-up for audit requests and deliverables.
Assist in documenting audit readiness and review artifacts with financial reporting understanding.
