Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• CPA license (or actively pursuing).
• 3–5 years of progressive public accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and audit methodologies.
• Proficiency with Excel; CCH Engagement a plus.
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a desire to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of audit engagements from planning to final reporting.
• Supervise and mentor staff accountants, reviewing work and coaching.
• Perform and review complex audit sections ensuring standards are met.
• Build strong client relationships and address issues with management.
• Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, and letters.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements for clients and internally.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and practice growth.
