Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America in Kentucky seeks a Senior Auditor to lead and execute complex financial, operational, and compliance audits. You will manage end-to-end audit processes, mentor junior staff, and serve as a primary liaison with business stakeholders during audits.

Role requires 5–7 years in internal auditing or related fields, a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, and professional certifications (CIA/CPA/CISA) preferred or in progress; moderate travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5–7 years of internal auditing or related experience.
• CIA/CPA/CISA preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex audit engagements, ensuring on-time delivery and budget alignment.
• Perform independent assessments of financial and operational processes, systems and controls.
• Identify risks and control gaps, and develop remediation recommendations.
• Draft and present audit reports to management and track implementation of recommendations.
• Participates in other audit projects as requested by management/ERM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and risk-based audit planning.
• Provide direction and feedback to entry-level and mid-level auditors.
