Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or Economics.
• 3+ years in public accounting, internal audit, or insurance operations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; team player.
• Proficient data analytics skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support risk-based audits and advisory projects for underwriting, claims, and other critical operations.
• Own key components of the end-to-end audit process: planning, fieldwork, reporting.
• Identify internal control deficiencies, assess risk, and advise management auditees.
• Use AI or data analytics to increase audit coverage and efficiency.
• Manage request lists, provide status updates, and monitor budget to actuals.
• Provide guidance to less experienced staff on engagements.
• Build relationships with management auditees and contribute to process improvements.
