Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial analysis, or compliance (or a combination).
• Preferred: CIA, CPA, CRCM, CISA, or CBA certifications.
• 2+ years of banking/financial services experience or experience with large banks.
• 2+ years of experience auditing Bank and Support Functions areas (HR, legal ops, governance).
• 2+ years of data analysis in internal auditing.
• Experience using and auditing AI-driven tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments of business activities and materiality of loss; design appropriate audit procedures.
• Design and execute internal control testing for operations of moderate complexity.
• Leverage data and analytics during planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Leverage and audit generative AI tools to enhance audit efficiency and validate AI insights against risk frameworks.
• Establish and maintain good client relations during engagements.
• Communicate results of audit projects to management via reports and presentations.
