Job summary

Busy Season Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our client’s team in Puerto Rico. You will lead and execute audit engagements, supervise junior staff, and deliver high-quality services to a diverse client portfolio.

The role requires strong knowledge of auditing standards, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment. Opportunity for growth and exposure to various industries is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 4 years of public accounting or external audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Experience leading audit engagements and supervising team members.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in audit software and financial systems.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
